〰 Affordable Housing 〰
Problem: Increasingly difficult to afford rent and causing families stress and instability.
Solution: Innovate small-sized, low-amenity, low-cost alternatives to be the middle option between homeless and expensive housing arrangements.
〰 Children Abuse Prevention 〰
Problem: Rising rates of child abuse due to unstable home environments and lack of adequate support systems.
Solution: Implement community-based programs offering counseling, education, and safe spaces for children and families to break the cycle.
〰 Family Workshops 〰
Problem: Families are forced to deal with problems (financial, emotional, etc) without support, and general lack of community programs.
Solution: Host family workshops focused on general & specific areas while also allowing families to collaborate with each other.
〰 Mentorship Program 〰
Problem: Individuals are growing up without a structured family and the youth are disconnected from the elders.
Solution: Host mentorship events where youth and elders can interact, naturally strengthen bonds and participants can learn to relate to each other.
〰 Habits to Health 〰
Problem: Health issues are increasing and has detrimental effects on quality of life as well as the people around you.
Solution: Help people develop healthy habits by having group exercises and health-based events.
〰 Career Finder Seminars 〰
Problem: Difficult finding the career that fits you and expensive schooling/apprenticeships can be a common barrier to entry.
Solution: Host career finder seminars where people can interact with professionals from a wide variety of career paths and have demonstrations for the careers they may be interested in.
