We will host mentorship group events (Maryland, DC) where ‘mentors’ and ‘mentees’ can interact with eachother and naturally create mentorship relationships – we do not assign mentors to mentees because we believe people are capable of deciding who they relate to better than we can try to matchmake. 

Filling out our INTEREST FORM does not obligate you to participate in an mentorship activity/event. During mentorship events we will likely have attendee introductions, followed by icebreakers or group activities.
